Josh Lindsay - Meditation Instructor
Josh has lead a very adventurous journey in the health and wellness field over the past 10 years. His openeness for curiosity has lead him to different parts of the world learning from a very unique range of experts in different fields.
A highlight of his journey lead him to meeting a Buddhist monk in Melbourne. From learning the very traditional Vipassana style of meditation, Josh then travelled to Myanmar (Burma) in 2014. This trip transformed Josh’s perspective on not only meditation, but how all types of mindfulness is incorporated across the world.
Josh has a wide experience in different forms of healing and mindfulness that allows him to develop a unique perspective when it comes to meditation/mindfulness classes. Incorporating his knowledge in sound and music, he is able to merge this to present a truly unique and transforming meditation experience.
